WJL Harvey Park Access Update

As many of you may have noticed, there are signs at all entrances into WJL Park warning that there is no public access allowed to the park at this time. Of course, the Park has been and still is a construction site - meaning that there is heavy equipment and machinery on the site. However, part of the reason these signs have been put up is because the city has been receiving calls from the public about irrigation not being complete and holes beside the pathways that are potentially hazardous. So, the city has put up these signs and is asking citizens not to go into the park at this time.

Perhaps the signs will be removed when the irrigation is complete and there are no longer any hazardous areas, but we have not received confirmation of when this might be.
