Yoga Registration now open!

The Silverwood Heights Community Association is running another set of yoga classes that will be starting soon!  If you are interested in adding another class to your schedule this winter, please take a look at the following information as we have another set of yoga classes starting soon.

Beginner Yoga, Level 2 Monday with Karen Dagdick
February 23 - March 23
7:25-8:25 pm
Brownell School small gym      $25
(Prerequisite:  minimum of 2, 10 class sessions with Karen Dagdick)

Beginner Yoga, Level 1 Monday with Karen Dagdick
February 23-March 23
8:35-9:35 pm 
Brownell School Small Gym    $25
(No prerequisite)

Beginner Yoga, Level 2 Wednesday with Karen Dagdick
February 25 - March 25
6:10-7:40 pm (this class is 1.5 hours long)
Brownell School Small Gym   $35
(Prerequisite:  minimum of 2, 10 class sessions with Karen Dagdick

Registration is available online now (limited spaces available) and will close down on Sunday, February 22 .  Please register at registration.silverwoodcommunity.org.
