SCOA's Seniors Globe Walk

Please see the attached brochure on a great physical activity being coordinated by the Saskatoon Council on Aging, a partner with the City of Saskatoon in promoting healthy lifestyles for seniors in our city.  The “Globe Walk” is a fun, free activity that hopefully will see teams from Silverwood Heights participating in, to ‘Return from the Moon!” 

From January 4, 2016 until April 30, 2016 teams will motivate each other to walk the equivalant distance of a return from the moon! Stroll or roll, hike or bike, swim or gym; all forms of physical activity will count. This winter make a plan to exercise! If your 50+ join the Seniors Globe Walk and achieve your goal to keep active.
