Free Language Testing for Newcomers

The Language Assessment and Referral Centre (LARC) serves immigrants and refugees with Permanent Residency status who want to attend free federally funded language classes (LINC) in Saskatoon. The LARC is one of the community projects administered by the International Women of Saskatoon (IWS) Inc. on the principles of consultation, collaboration, and coordination.

IWS is a registered charity established in 1985 with the mandate to help improve the status of newcomer, immigrant, and refugee women and their families residing in Saskatoon and area by assisting them to become full participating members of Canadian society.  Please see attached card for contact details.
