East Indian Cooking class - March 4th

The SHCA is proud to present another East Indian Cooking class. The next class  will be held on Tuesday, March 4th from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the Marion Graham Home Ec Lab.

Prepare an East Indian meal consisting of one lentil dish, one rice dish, one vegetable dish, one chicken dish, and salad/different yogurts. All ingredients are provided and instruction is by Judith Vaska of Ramolla’s Rasoi. Enjoy preparing and then eating the meal at the end of the class.

Cost for this class will be $40.
