SHCA AGM - RSVP deadline extended

Although we did receive quite a few responses from individuals interested in volunteering, we still have a few possible vacancies. The term of these positions is typically two years.

Volunteer Director: Actively recruit volunteers and maintain current list; prepare volunteer lists and other lists as required for distribution to the Executive members; help appropriate Director designate volunteers to events.

Soccer Director Assistant in the following age groups - Kindersoccer, U8, and U10: You would be responsible for handling correspondence with all registrants in one a specific age group. You would also recruit volunteer coaches and group players into teams.

Equipment Director: Your role would be to manage community equipment in a responsible fashion ensuring care and efficiency. You would be expected to attend monthly executive meetings, provide access to Association program equipment; seek best value and convenience for storage facilities; consider seasonal storage temperature best suited for Association property and instruct all users on the correct method of storage for equipment when equipment leaves central storage facility.

Programming Communications Assistant: As part of the programming committee, your role would be to manage marketing and communications of SHCA programming, including social media and website updates.
